A Salsa Maitre’D and Captain will meet with you to conduct a site visit and review all of your particular reception details, itinerary, seating arrangements and floor plan. He/She will become a friend who will see to the overall coordination of your reception.

Professionally trained and lead by a Salsa Captain to serve your cocktail hour butler style, buffet dinner, champagne toast, cake cutting ceremony and clear guest tables.
Dressed in formal tuxedo outfits.
Bartenders
(One bartender per 100 guests)
Professionally trained to tend your bar and enforce liquor safety.
Dressed in formal tuxedo outfits.
